13. BODY FOCUS - 43 minutes
You will begin this programme by using imagery to aid you in the relaxation response by meditating on the sensation of smell & using the soothing image of visualising some delicate aromas to make this relaxation process more enjoyable. As you mind becomes relaxed with this meditation response you will focus it in contemplation on some words by Mahatma Gandhi. You will then learn the body to relax deeply by focusing your attention into each part of your body in turn, & allowing that part to relax completely.
