2. BREATH MEDITATION - 46 minutes
To begin this relaxation programme you will follow the correct procedure to lie in Savasana. This will ensure that your body is supported & aligned which will allow it to release its tensions & relax. You will then listen to an introduction to Meditation which explains the necessity to disentangle yourself from your daily activities & to quieten your mind with the process of meditation. You will then follow this with a Meditation technique using the breath. You will contemplate all your energies on directing your attention inwardly, onto your breathing, & letting your mind withdraw within. The Programme concludes with a Relaxed Sleep.
