4. SLEEP RELAXATION - 47 minutes

The whole of the this Relaxation Programme is dedicated to the process of sleep. It begins with a brief introduction into sleep, explaining the importance of supplying the brain with good, clean, properly oxygenated blood before you sleep. This is then followed with the Extended Inhalation Breath which will give your brain the good oxygenated blood it requires, & will also quieten the brain & nervous system. And finally as your body & mind are fully prepared for the process of sleep you will perform a Sleep Relaxation in which you will become aware of each part of your body in turn, relaxing them deeply, until your body & mind feels as if it is almost floating, & drowsily drifts into a comfortable & relaxed sleep.
