7. SAVASANA - 47 minutes

This relaxation programme will take you through the steps of positioning yourself in Savasana, the classical relaxation position, which if practised correctly is by far the most rewarding & refreshing of postures. Then to relax the mind you will perform a sensory meditation where you will imagine yourself to be floating on air & then focusing on the sensations of touch & feeling you will visualise yourself relaxing in a natural spa imagining the warm water cascading around your entire body as it eases you into a gentle sleep. The programme will then end in contemplation.
