9. ECHO RELAXATION - 48 minutes
The back & shoulders are areas within your body where you hold onto a lot of tension, so you will begin this programme with some exercises to release these tensions & remove any stiffness, so that your body will be able to relax into a deep & comfortable position. Control of the breath is necessary for good relaxation so learn the fine & subtle Echo Exhalation breath which empties the brain completely of thoughts & breathes in rejuvenating energy to course throughout your entire body. Then relax deeper as you listen to the music of the Ocean Shores & contemplate on some words from the Desiderata.
